DOWNTOWN FAÇADE LOAN PROGRAM

The Downtown Façade Loan program has been established to meet the following goals by providing low-interest (below prime) loans at a fixed rate with up to a 10-year repayment term:

            -          Retain the strong downtown commercial base

-          Promote new economic development

-          Encourage investment to maintain properties of which many are historic

-          Alleviate deterioration within the downtown area
